Why It Matters
A Shopify app business typically has its data spread across places that don't talk to each other. Reviews sit on the App Store listing, install data sits in yet another view, and so on. A SaaS app team can watch MRR or ARR move without being able to say which merchant moved it, or why. Elevate consolidates that scattered picture into a single Shopify SaaS analytics platform, tying a payment to a merchant, that merchant to a review, and the whole sequence to a readable timeline.
