Scooter is a Pune sales hiring company that assesses candidates on how they handle real sales situations rather than on their CVs. It sources verified sales professionals, puts them through recorded, scenario-based role-plays built around realistic buyers, objections and pricing conversations, and gives hiring managers a shortlist of three to five candidates, with short video clips from each assessment shown before the candidate's CV.
