1. 2023Founded

   AM Group founded by Greenko co-founders Anil Chalamalasetty and Mahesh Kolli, later acquiring around a 25% stake in Greenko and building a large renewable generation and long-duration storage pipeline.

2. Mar 2026Milestone

   AM Intelligence Labs established as the AI infrastructure division of AM Group; began development of the Noida Compute Hub, targeting initial capacity by end of 2027.

3. Aug 2026Milestone

   Placed a binding order for ~9,000 NVIDIA Rubin GPUs (Vera Rubin NVL72) for a 30 MW Hyderabad AI factory, delivery Q1 2027; first tranche of a planned 1 GW compute-as-a-service network with $8B+ capex.
