Vingo has raised ₹10 crore, about $1 million, in a seed round led by India Quotient, with Inuka Capital and Credgenics founder Rishabh Goel participating.
The company was founded in March 2026 and is five months old. Its three founders previously spent two years building Genme, which they wound down earlier this year.
The product combines identity verification, escrow-backed payments, bidding and community discovery, aimed at the trust gap that has kept C2C resale in WhatsApp groups rather than on platforms.
It operates in one city. No valuation, user count, listing volume or transaction data has been disclosed, and its own website still describes the product as coming soon.
