Veriqus Group has completed a ₹387 crore funding round led by Norwest.
Family offices and ultra-high-net-worth individuals also participated, but their identities and the company’s valuation were not disclosed.
The company wants to combine wealth management, asset management, lending and business advice within one relationship.
Its economic opportunity lies in increasing revenue per client while sharing data and servicing infrastructure across products.
The material risk is that senior hiring and regulatory expansion may outpace the arrival of fee-generating client assets.
