Third Wave Coffee raised ₹408 crore led by existing investor WestBridge Capital, mostly primary, with Creaegis and angels participating, taking total funding past $105 million.

A Mint report puts the valuation at around ₹2,000 crore, up from roughly ₹1,200 crore in 2023, though the company did not confirm the figure.

FY25 revenue was ₹285 crore and the net loss narrowed to ₹94 crore, following a turnaround under CEO Rajat Luthra after co-founder Sushant Goel stepped down from the role in 2024.

The company plans to enter nine new cities and expand its Third Rush dessert segment, betting premium coffee travels to tier II and III markets, in a category where no Indian chain is yet profitable.
