Tenet Diagnostics has raised about $30 million from Tata Capital Healthcare Fund III and Swiss impact investor Blue Earth Capital, with the equity stake and valuation undisclosed.
It is among the first investments from Tata Capital's third healthcare fund, which held its first close earlier this year, and follows talks first reported in March 2026.
The company runs pathology and radiology centres across eight states, with a footprint weighted towards markets where advanced imaging is thinly provided.
Its last public financial figure is a 2023 projection of over ₹150 crore in revenue; no results, profitability or current centre count has been disclosed since.
