Estimates put the post-money valuation between roughly ₹550 crore and ₹755 crore, 75 to 82 percent below the ₹3,000 crore Sugar carried in 2022.
Revenue fell 20 percent to ₹404 crore in FY25 while losses nearly doubled to ₹135 crore, and FY26 revenue has been reported lower again at around ₹380 crore.
A valuation report attached to the filing describes sustained and worsening financial deterioration over two years, and early investors are shopping stakes worth up to ₹150 crore through a broker.
