Sid's Farm has raised over ₹81 crore in a pre-Series B round announced on 30 July 2026, with Omnivore and NSFO returning and Dodla Dairy, Next Bharat Ventures and LIO coming in.
Listed rival Dodla Dairy disclosed to the exchanges that it is paying ₹11.64 crore for 2 per cent, which implies a valuation of about ₹582 crore.
The FY25 accounts filed with the RoC show revenue of ₹168 crore against expenses of ₹196 crore, with net loss widening 2.6 times to ₹27 crore.
Cash and bank balances stood at ₹1 crore at March 2025, so this round is funding a business that was spending ₹1.17 for every rupee it earned.
