Purple Style Labs Raises ₹306 Crore From Anchor Investors Ahead of Its ₹680 Crore IPO

Purple Style Labs raised ₹306 crore from 10 anchor investors at ₹575 a share, led by ICICI Prudential (₹88 crore), Jupiter India Fund (₹75 crore) and Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance (₹68 crore).

The anchor book precedes its ₹680 crore IPO, open 31 August to 2 September, which is entirely a fresh issue with no offer for sale; implied market cap is around ₹4,400–4,600 crore.

The parent of Pernia's Pop-Up Shop, founded in 2015 by Abhishek Agarwal, runs an omnichannel luxury fashion model across 1,109 designer brands and roughly 100 countries.

FY26 revenue rose 13.9% to ₹557.8 crore but the net loss widened to ₹285.4 crore and net worth was negative ₹52.3 crore, leaving a loss-making retailer listing at a premium valuation.
