Profound has raised $1.5 million in seed funding from Stellaris Venture Partners and 3one4 Capital, coming out of stealth on 3 August 2026.
Six angels participated, including Swiggy's Sriharsha Majety and Nandan Reddy, Razorpay's Harshil Mathur, Kunal Shah, Bhuvan Gupta and Pankaj Chaddah.
The founders are Anuj Rathi, formerly of Cleartrip, Jupiter and Swiggy, and Prashant Parashar, previously technology head at Delhivery, Snapdeal and Ola.
The product opened early access to a first cohort the same day. No users, revenue, pricing or hiring outcomes have been disclosed, and every product claim is the company's own.
