Pixxel Raises $100M, the Largest Spacetech Round India Has Seen

$100 million Series C co-led by Temasek and Seraphim Space, with 360 ONE Asset and IMM Investment joining. Total funding reaches $195 million at a reported $450-500 million valuation.

The India entity reported FY25 operating revenue of ₹39.3 crore and a net loss of ₹30.8 crore. Pixxel says a substantial share of revenue sits in overseas subsidiaries not captured in those filings.

Its six Firefly satellites image at 5-metre resolution across 150-plus spectral bands, against the eight bands typical of conventional multispectral satellites.

The money funds a move into high-resolution optical imaging, a far more crowded market than hyperspectral, alongside the Honeybee constellation and the Gigapixxel manufacturing facility.
