OORJAA raised ₹9.7 crore led by Equentis Angel Fund with IPV participating, the first close of a larger Series A still in advanced talks with VC funds; no valuation was disclosed.

The capital funds technology and product development and the scaling of Datashastra, its proprietary AI/SaaS logistics stack now sold as a standalone product internationally.

Founded in 2019 and operating through Yatnavat Technologies, OORJAA posted filed FY24 revenue of ₹55.2 crore, making this first close small relative to its existing scale.

Its cost-per-unit model and marquee clients such as Zepto, Blinkit and Swiggy are a strength and a risk, since those customers have the scale and incentive to build logistics in-house.
