Leonid Radvinsky, the billionaire owner of OnlyFans, has died at 43 after a battle with cancer.
Radvinsky acquired parent company Fenix International in 2018, scaling the platform to over $1.4 billion in annual revenue.
To secure his estate, he transferred his ownership stake into the LR Fenix Trust in 2024.
The company is currently engaged in M&A talks for a majority stake sale, reportedly valuing the business at $5.5 billion.
