Neuromod Aqua raised an undisclosed pre-seed round from Sportskeeda founder Porush Jain, its only named backer, with no valuation disclosed.
The capital will fund a manufacturing facility, product validation and initial sewage treatment plant deployments across Delhi NCR.
Founded in 2026, the company productises plants built on established MBBR, MBR and SBR technologies and plans to earn recurring revenue from maintenance and monitoring contracts.
The company is roughly three months old with no factory, no completed deployment and a company-stated project pipeline rather than booked revenue.
