Kyro Capital has launched its maiden ₹100 crore Category II AIF to back growth-stage Indian companies.
The fund is executing a pre-IPO strategy, targeting businesses 24 to 36 months away from public listing.
Capital will be heavily deployed into real-economy sectors like defense supply chains, energy, and FMCG.
Operating out of Indore, the fund aims to capture valuation arbitrage with an aggressive 35% target IRR.
