Farm Watt Innovations has raised ₹32.5 crore ($3.36 million) co-led by IAN Alpha Fund and Rainmatter, announced 23 July 2026.

The capital is earmarked for biomass collection network expansion, additional aggregation hubs, machinery and hiring, with no split disclosed across those uses.

Founded in 2023 by Kumar Neelendu, the company says it runs 15 aggregation hubs across six states and supplies agricultural residue to compressed biogas plants.

Round stage, valuation, dilution, participating existing investors, tonnage handled and revenue were all left undisclosed, so the round confirms investor conviction rather than working unit economics.
