FY26 revenue rose 43.8% to \u20b9358 crore and the loss narrowed to \u20b923.55 crore, with the company reported to have reached operational break-even.
Having raised over $211 million to date, Battery Smart is reported to be preparing draft IPO papers for around September or October 2026, competing with Sun Mobility, VoltUp and Mooving.
