Zetwerk Secures ₹500 Crore Pre-IPO Funding From Bharat Value Fund Ahead of Planned Listing

Zetwerk has reportedly raised ₹500 crore from Bharat Value Fund, a SEBI-registered Category II AIF, roughly two weeks after receiving SEBI's observations on its confidentially pre-filed IPO papers.

FY25 accounts filed with the Registrar of Companies show gross revenue down 11% to ₹12,798 crore, the first positive EBITDA at ₹145 crore, and the net loss cut to ₹371 crore from ₹918 crore.
