Urban Company Posts ₹92 Crore Q1 FY27 Loss as Revenue Rises 44% to ₹528 Crore on InstaHelp Push

Urban Company swung to a ₹92.12 crore consolidated net loss in Q1 FY27 from a ₹6.94 crore profit a year earlier, while revenue from operations rose 43.9% to ₹528.34 crore.

InstaHelp, the quick-service housekeeping vertical, reported ₹11.11 crore of revenue against a segment EBITDA loss of ₹131.58 crore, up 11% sequentially.

India consumer services excluding InstaHelp grew 31% to ₹356 crore and remains more than 67% of operating revenue; the company reports adjusted EBITDA of ₹67 crore excluding InstaHelp.

Net Transaction Value of ₹1,465 crore is gross bookings, not revenue, and the company-defined adjusted EBITDA figures and FY28 breakeven target are management measures, not filed ones.
