Hardware startup Tiea Connectors secured ₹77 crore ($8 million) in a Series A funding round.
The investment was led by IvyCap Ventures alongside Jamwant Ventures and 8X Ventures.
The company designs and manufactures mission-critical electronic connectors, reducing India's reliance on imported components.
The fresh capital will be used to heavily expand its precision manufacturing capacity in Dharwad to serve the defense, aerospace, and electric vehicle markets.
