A reported $100 million at roughly $450 million, about a third of the $1.5 billion Slice carried in June 2022. The figure covers both primary and secondary transactions.
Filings show around ₹485 crore of primary issuance, close to $51 million, structured as compulsorily convertible debentures plus partly paid-up shares to Neo Wealth.
Slice is now profitable: ₹48.4 crore in FY26 against a ₹217 crore loss in FY25, and ₹50.9 crore in the first quarter of FY27 alone.
Tiger Global, Insight Partners and Advent, who together put in over $250 million, are absent from this round. Neo Wealth, Kado Global, Blume Ventures and DSP take their place.
