PhonePe's FY26 consolidated operating revenue rose 11.5 per cent to ₹7,920.48 crore, while the net loss widened 62 per cent to ₹2,791.59 crore on total expenses of ₹10,588.51 crore.
Employee benefits of ₹4,386 crore were the largest cost, with ₹2,390 crore booked as stock compensation against ₹1,994 crore of cash salaries.
Non-payment revenue is growing fastest: lending reached ₹945 crore from ₹377.6 crore, broking more than doubled to ₹108 crore, and insurance rose to ₹191 crore.
The ₹364 crore adjusted loss reported elsewhere strips out the entire non-cash ESOP charge. PhonePe's own normalised operating loss is ₹1,377 crore, and the reported loss is ₹2,792 crore.
