Omega Seiki Mobility has raised ₹50 crore from Securocorp Securities, the Saket Aggarwal Family Office, and individual investors Sangeeta Pareekh and Vanshika Sharma.
The company was reported two weeks earlier to be seeking around ₹125 crore in a pre-IPO round ahead of a listing targeted for the end of FY27. The announcement mentions neither.
It reported FY26 revenue of about ₹333 crore with profit after tax of ₹7.3 crore, a net margin near 2.2 per cent, having taken almost no institutional capital before this round.
The round's stage, valuation and dilution are all undisclosed, and the FY26 figures are company-reported rather than drawn from filed accounts.
