NeuralKart has raised ₹2.35 crore, roughly $265,000, in a seed round led by Inflection Point Ventures, with proceeds earmarked for engineering, customer acquisition and working capital.
Valuation, dilution, instrument, co-investors and tranche structure were all left undisclosed, as were revenue and customer count.
The company runs two products aimed at unrelated buyers: InsureMind for insurers and FieldSense for industrial safety, both funded from the same round.
The headline 100 per cent retention claim covers an undisclosed number of customers at a company incorporated in June 2024, so few if any contracts have yet reached a renewal decision.
