Kaapi Machines has raised ₹50 crore in equity from B2B food-service platform Sedna HoReCa, announced on 2 August 2026, alongside a strategic partnership.
The capital is earmarked for product range expansion, manufacturing, warehousing and service infrastructure, with adjacent categories to be sold through Sedna's capabilities.
The company's defensibility rests on exclusive India distribution rights for La Marzocco, Rancilio, Mahlkönig and Probat, which are contractual and can be withdrawn.
Stake, valuation, dilution and board rights are all undisclosed, and the ₹110 crore FY25 revenue figure is a company statement rather than a filed number.
