Gurugram-based managed workspace provider Incuspaze secured ₹150 crore in a round led by Bharat Value Fund.

The fresh capital is earmarked for geographic expansion, technology upgrades, and an aggressive M&A roll-up strategy ahead of an FY29 IPO.
