Hulp has raised $2.6 million, around ₹22.7 crore, in a seed round co-led by Sparrow Capital and BITKRAFT Ventures, with DeVC and PB Fintech's Yashish Dahiya participating.

The company is four months old, founded in April 2026 by former PolicyBazaar co-founder Tarun Mathur, ex-Admitad India chief executive Neha Kulwal and Vishal Singh Khutel.

BITKRAFT is a gaming-focused investor managing about $1.05 billion, an unusual co-lead for a household concierge platform, and neither party has explained the fit.
