The ₹55,088 per-share price matches the earlier Series A2 issue, and the raise is reported at a broadly flat valuation of around ₹375 crore, up marginally from ₹335 crore.
FY25 operating revenue grew 22.6 percent to ₹36.04 crore, a slowdown from the prior year, while the reported net loss widened 66.2 percent to ₹10.87 crore.
The valuation, shareholding and FY26 financials rest on regulatory filings and third-party estimates; the company has not independently disclosed closing terms or the post-round cap table.
