Ferns N Petals says it plans to list by the end of 2028, using proceeds for expansion and to acquire brands in the gifting space. Nothing has been filed.
FY26 revenue was ₹1,085 crore, up 25%, with a core earnings margin of 2.5% and company guidance of 5-6% for the current year.
The store count is to go from around 280 to 350 by FY28, with franchise outlets rather than owned stores carrying the expansion in smaller towns.
The company previously said it would list in FY27 after reaching ₹1,500 crore revenue and ₹150 crore EBITDA. Neither has been reached, and the margin figures remain unaudited guidance.
