Eternal reported ₹92 crore consolidated net profit for Q1 FY27, against ₹25 crore a year earlier and ₹174 crore in the preceding quarter.
Operating revenue reached ₹20,211 crore, a 182% year-on-year rise driven largely by Blinkit's shift to an inventory-led accounting model.
Profit before tax rose 19% sequentially to ₹272 crore; the headline profit fell because tax expense climbed from ₹54 crore to ₹180 crore.
Total expenditure of ₹20,314 crore exceeded operating revenue, so the reported profit does not come from the operating line.
