Bengaluru-based chip design startup C2i Semiconductors raised an extended $16.7 million Series A round.
The investment was led by Peak XV Partners, following an initial $15 million tranche closed in February.
Early investors in this funding cycle include deeptech specialists Yali Deeptech and corporate venture firm TDK Ventures.
The top-up capital will fund high-cost chip design phases, specialized software licenses, and engineering talent to accelerate product commercialization.
