Visage Lines Personal Care, parent of Bombay Shaving Company, Bombae and 100Days, reported operating revenue of ₹634.7 crore in FY26, up 139% from ₹265.6 crore.
Net loss narrowed to ₹9 crore from ₹58.2 crore as total expenses rose 98%, slower than revenue, with employee cost up just 9%.
The company reported its first positive adjusted EBITDA at ₹2.2 crore and has stated a FY27 target of ₹1,000 crore revenue at a high single-digit adjusted margin.
The adjusted EBITDA figure is struck after adding back ₹7 crore of ESOP charges; the reported EBITDA margin is -0.79% and the business remains loss-making.
