BlissClub has raised ₹160 crore ($16.8 million) in a Series B round led by Singularity AMC, with participation from founder Minu Margeret, Vidit Aatrey, Elevation Capital and Eight Roads Ventures.
It is the company's largest round and its first new institutional lead since the $15 million Series A of May 2022; the capital is earmarked for new categories, offline retail and hiring.
FY25 operating revenue grew 51% to ₹131.5 crore from ₹87 crore, and the company reported reducing its losses by more than half, though the absolute figure was not disclosed.
No valuation was disclosed for the round, and BlissClub has yet to file its FY26 financials, leaving the current trajectory unverified.
