Apna Mart has raised ₹120 crore in a Series C announced on 30 July 2026, co-led by Accel India and Fundamentum with Peak XV Partners participating.
Every investor in the round was already a shareholder, and the three together hold just under half the company after the allotment.
Filings imply a valuation of about ₹1,470 crore against ₹738 crore previously, though neither figure has been stated by the company.
FY25 closed with ₹185 crore of operating revenue and a ₹76 crore loss; the claimed ₹500 crore FY26 revenue came without any profit or loss figure attached.
